Over the last ten years, I’ve become really interested in this question: what if work didn’t suck?

There are plenty of reasons work can suck. Roles aren’t super clear, your team doesn’t get along with another team, your boss is hard to work with, the task management software doesn’t make sense, the strategy isn’t clear, you’re in too many meetings but don’t feel like you’re moving the needle, or… you don’t feel like your work as an impact.

I mean, you get it. Most people at work aren’t engaged. So what would it take to change this?

Strategy Pulse Check

A 3-week engagement to help you take stock of where your organization or team is headed—and what’s getting in the way. I’ll interview key stakeholders, review your current goals and operating model, and deliver a short diagnostic with recommendations for clarity, alignment, and next steps. This is a great fit for founders, execs, or team leads before a big planning cycle, restructure, or leadership transition.

Org Improvement Sprint

A 6-week sprint to redesign how your team is structured and how work flows—so people can focus, collaborate, and deliver. We’ll work together to map current friction points, clarify roles and responsibilities, and co-design a new way of working that scales. Ideal for orgs navigating a recent reorg, team growth, or a shift in strategy. I tailor my experience, knowledge, and frameworks for your specific organization, so that your org can work with more ease, alignment, and flow.

Fractional Org Design Partner

Ongoing part-time support (1–2 days/week) to help you embed strategy into the way your org runs. I partner closely with founders, heads of people, and functional leaders to guide org design decisions, support implementation, and coach teams through change. This is a fit if you need senior thinking but not a full-time hire—and want someone who can flex between big picture and in-the-weeds execution.
